Gatwick Airport Hotels At Gatwick we offer a wide range of Gatwick Airport Hotels packages, ranging in quality and price. All of which offer reservations with or without car parking included, and a range of different room types. Some of our most popular hotels include the Gatwick Hilton, the Thistle Gatwick and the Copthorne Effingham Park all of which are Four star quality hotels. The Gatwick Hilton - The Hilton Hotel at Gatwick Airport is located at the South Terminal, and is connected to the terminal building via a covered walkway. Therefore transfers to the South terminal are not necessary and there is a free monorail to Gatwick 's North Terminal. If you opt for car parking to be included with your reservation you will be issued with a pass for the long term airport car park. The Thistle Gatwick - This Hotel is located on the outskirts of Horley, the settlement closest to Gatwick Airport, and offers courtesy buses to and from the airport between the hours of 4.30am and 12.00am. The fee for which is £2 per person and the journey will take about 10 minutes. If you select for car parking to be included in your booking then your car will be stored at the Hotel, unless there is no availabilty in which case it would be stored on your behalf by the hotel at a secure car park and returned to the hotel upon your return. The Copthorne Effingham - This Hotel is located in Copthorne, about ten minutes drive from Gatwick Airport, and is set in around 40 acres of scenic parkland. There are courtesy buses available currently running between 0600 and 2200, for a fee of £2 per person. If you opt for car parking to be included with your booking then your car will be stored either at the Hotel or the airport, decided at the discretion of the Hotel Management. Around Gatwick Airport Gatwick Airport is 28 miles south of London, it is accesible from all major motorways in the area including the M23. Why not ecplore the surrounding are if you have time before you departure. We have made a few suggestions below: London City - London City Centre is a must see, as the capital city or the UK it would be shame to travel so close but not see it. London has a vast range of shops and attractions and is easily accessed via short train ride either from the airport itself, or via one of the local train stations.
