Gatwick Alexandra Suite (North Terminal) Lounge is open Monday - Sunday 06:00 – 21:00.

Whilst in the Servisair Executive lounge you will have a choice of complementary hot and cold drinks, snacks, newspapers and magazines. There are telephone, fax and Internet facilities available for a small charge.

To get to the lounge go through passport control and airport security to the departure lounge, turn left and follow the signs on left to the upper level. The lounge is sign-posted.
Entry time into the lounge should not exceed 3 hours prior to your flight departure.

Children are permitted in the lounge. The airport lounge has been designated a non-smoking area.

The lounge is suitable for international flights only and has a smart casual dress code.

To get to the lounge go through Passport Control and airport security to the departure area. Follow the signs to the airport lounge on Upper Level (access by stairs or lift).

Facilities include TV, showers, newspapers / magazines, telephone, fax, Internet access. Complementary snacks (biscuits / crisps), coffee, tea, soft and alcoholic drinks available in the airport lounge. There is a charge for champagne.

Children are not permitted in the lounge, smoking is restricted to a designated area.
