Heathrow Airport Lounges Because of the size of Heathrow airport, there is a range of lounges available in the different terminals. So you’ll get the chance to relax and unwind in the various lounges. Terminal 1, 2 and 3: Servisair Lounge Facilities available include TV, newspapers and magazines, phone/fax, complimentary snacks (biscuits/crisps) and a complimentary bar serving tea, coffee, soft and alcoholic drinks. Champagne is also available for an additional charge. Children are permitted in the lounge; smoking is permitted in designated areas. The lounge in terminal 1 is situated airside, on the second floor, along the balcony and can only be used by those with a valid boarding card. The lounge in terminal 2 is situated airside, on the second floor, along the balcony and can only be used by those with a valid boarding card The lounge in terminal 3 is situated airside, follow the signs to Gate 12D. Take the lift to the second floor, the lounge is on the right. Again the lounge can only be used by those with a valid boarding card. All lounges have a smart casual dress code. Terminal 4: Holideck Lounge Facilities available are Internet access, telephone and fax, Sky TV, music listening posts, video games and children’s play areas. A glazed observatory provides panoramic views of the runways. Complimentary snacks (biscuits/crisps) and a complimentary bar serving tea, coffee, soft and alcoholic drinks. Champagne is also available for an additional charge. Smoking is permitted in a designated smoking room. Children are allowed in the lounge, but are not permitted on the upper deck. The entrance to Holideck is situated at gate 17. The lounge has no formal dress code. The lounges have flight information screens and it is the customer’s responsibility to catch their flight. |
